Cómo consejo cuando vayan pregunten por Rodrigo y esperen a que los atienda el porque a veces hay una señora que atiende muy mal. Les hice transferencia para el pago (porque cobran el 10% extra con tarjeta) y la transferencia no llegaba por problema de su banco pero tampoco se había devuelto a mi cuenta y esta señora quería a fuerza que hiciera otra transferencia. El mayor problema es el tono con el que lo decía como si le fueras a robar sus llantas. Good price and generally good service. Lo cuál no les pareció dejaron mi auto ahí sin hacerle nada, llegó otro auto y lo atendieron de inmediato una persona que estaba ahí, a la cual le volví a preguntar (nada amable por cierto ni poquito tacto de atención a cliente) por qué no le hacían nada a mi auto?! comento que porque esa persona ya tenía las llantas pagadas, obviamente yo también iba a pagar, lo cual fue mentira porque justo en eso el dueño de ese auto le dijo cuánto va hacer de las llantas?!. Lo cuál me pareció muy poco ético y profesional. Solo espero que mis llantas hayan quedado bien instaladas de otra forma hago responsables a estás personas!! The price is fine.
