★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las señoritas se recepción muy amables. Me realizaron cambio de llantas, me revisaron amortiguadores, que en la agencia, no revisaron, 10 días previos. Me entregaron las llaves, pero faltó, ese detalle de los técnicos, de mostrarme el cambio de llantas amortiguadores, y el tornillo y la barra estabilizadora, en fin, es la parte final de servicio al cliente y es oportunidad de mejora, sentí por esa parte un servicio a medias.
The ladies are very friendly reception. They changed my tires, they checked my shock absorbers, which the agency did not check, 10 days before. They gave me the keys, but it was missing, that detail of the technicians, to show me the change of shock absorbing tires, and the screw and the stabilizer bar, in short, it is the final part of customer service and it is an opportunity for improvement, I felt for that part a half service.
