★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace una semana necesitaba 2 llantas para un Suzuki swift y me acordé que en Llantas de Remate hace casi 2 años compré las llantas para mí camioneta y por cierto excelentes! El caso es que para el Suzuki buscaba 2 llantas continental y mismas que al cotizar en otras tiendas nadie tenía en existencia y se tardaban en 3 a 5 días con un precio alto. Cuando llegue a Llantas de Remate me dijeron que si las tenían en existencia y a muy buen precio el mejor del mercado, pero no solo eso, me ofrecieron dos marcas más además de la Continental y me brindaron una explicación amplia y técnica de las marcas, que por cierto no eran chinas y así, decidí adquirir 2 llantas de diferente marca con iguales especificaciones a las Continental y no se notaba diferencia de la marca, desde luego me gaste 40% menos de lo que costaban las Continental y quedé muy satisfecho!!! Muchas gracias y felicidades, sigan con esa calidad de servicio...
A week ago I needed 2 tires for a Suzuki swift and I remembered that in Remate Tires almost 2 years ago I bought the tires for my truck and by the way excellent! The fact is that for the Suzuki I was looking for 2 continental tires and the same ones that when listed in other stores no one had in stock and it took 3 to 5 days with a high price. When I arrived at Remate Tires they told me that if they had them in stock and at a very good price the best in the market, but not only that, they offered me two more brands in addition to the Continental and they gave me a broad and technical explanation of the brands, which by the way they weren't Chinese and so, I decided to buy 2 tires of a different brand with the same specifications as the Continentals and there was no noticeable difference from the brand, of course I spent 40% less than the Continental cost and I was very satisfied !!! Thank you very much and congratulations, keep up that quality of service ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré 2 llantas el 27 de Enero del 2021 20 días después y no tuve noticias de ellos, ni siquiera el número de guía de FEDEX, escribí por correo y sin respuesta, su número fijo no responden y en WhatsApp ayer me dijeron que lo iban a revisar y hoy de plano ya no me contestaron. Hoy 18 de Enero del 2022 (23 días después de mi compra) al no haberme resuelto y haberme hecho perder tiempo y dinero pondré mi queja ante PROFECO y denuncia ante las autoridades civiles por fraude y los daños que de este resultaron.
I bought 2 tires on January 27, 2021 20 days later and I had no news from them, not even the FEDEX tracking number, I wrote by mail and no response, their landline number does not respond and on WhatsApp yesterday they told me that they were going to review and today flat no longer answered me. Today January 18, 2022 (23 days after my purchase) by not having resolved and having made me lose time and money, I will file my complaint with PROFECO and file a complaint with the civil authorities for fraud and the damages that resulted from it.
