★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El dia 01 de octubre del 2019, me instalaron unos amortiguadores delanteros de la marca Sachs, los cuales resultaron defectuosos. A pesar de tener "garantia de por vida" se niegan a hacerla valida. Lleve el carro a revision con ellos y me dijeron que efectivamente salieron mal, pero eso fue todo.
Llevo ya varios meses tratando de que me den solucion, pero solo me dan largas con actitud pasiva-agresiva cada que hablo por telefono o voy personalmente. Argumentando que fui muy tarde a reclamar, que no me van a dar nada, luego que siempre si pero que no se encuentra el encargado, etc.
Por el bien de la suspensión y mi seguridad decidí colocarle los amortiguadores en la agencia y guardar los defectuosos. Pero eso no quiere decir que vaya a desistir de que Servicio Llantero La Estacion cumpla con su garantia de por vida, la cual viene expresa en la factura.
On October 1, 2019, they installed some Sachs brand front shock absorbers, which were defective. Despite having a "lifetime guarantee" they refuse to make it valid. I took the car for review with them and they said they did indeed go wrong, but that was it.
I have been trying for several months to find a solution, but they only put me off with a passive-aggressive attitude every time I speak on the phone or go in person. Arguing that I was too late to complain, that they will not give me anything, then always yes but that the person in charge is not found, etc.
For the sake of the suspension and my safety I decided to put the shock absorbers in the agency and save the defective ones. But that does not mean that it is going to give up that Servicio Llantero La Estacion complies with its lifetime guarantee, which is stated on the invoice.

Aunque no tuve problemas con el cambio de suspensión, el precio de los amortiguadores que me vendieron fue muy exagerado; ojo clientes. En lo que respecta a la afinación, la piezas que le cambian son muy sencillas y el servicio es no es bueno, lo cual originó que el carro presentara problemas en los meses subsecuentes; tuve que hacer otro cambio de piezas en otro lugar, además de un gasto excesivo para que encontraran y repararan el problema. Lo que más me desagradó es que el personal quiere adivinar la solución al problema y te aseguran que tu automóvil está funcionando bien. En resumen, sólo los recomiendo para el cambio de llantas y frenos, en lo demás cuidado.
