★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, fui a la tienda a qué revisaran mis amortiguadores delanteros pero ellos sin saber que tenía garantía y resulta que los dos necesitaban cambio que estaban dañados, cuando comento que es la garantía simplemente dijeron que no tenían amortiguadores, después de dos veces de ir a la tienda, hasta la tercera vez me estaban nuevamente revisando los amortiguadores y resulta que los dos estaban bien, primero que ellos son expertos en tono de burla, pero cuando les dije que me los habían checado ellos mismos y cotizado los dos amortiguadores 3 días antes se quedaron calladitos, no tiene ética solo quieren cambiarte cosas que no están dañadas para cobrarte, aparte de que solo le cambiaron uno, que sabía que estaba defectuoso, me cobraron la mano de obra del cambio del amortiguador y la alineación el cual no debería de pagar por mentir a sus clientes!!!
Terrible service, I went to the store to have my front shock absorbers checked but they did not know that I had a warranty and it turns out that both needed a change that they were damaged, when I comment that it is the guarantee they simply said that they did not have shock absorbers, after twice going to the store, until the third time they were checking the shock absorbers again and it turns out that they were both fine, firstly they are experts in a mocking tone, but when I told them that they had checked them for me and quoted the two shock absorbers for 3 days Before they were silent, it has no ethics they only want to change things that are not damaged to charge you, apart from that they only changed one, which I knew was defective, they charged me for the labor of the change of the shock absorber and the alignment which should not be to pay for lying to your customers !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las señoritas de recepción son muy amables y muy atentas, pero si dejan que desear los muchachos de patio uno acude a servicio y lleva un poco de prisa los que están dejan los carros aventados por desayunar y en cuestión el chico que me atendió debería tener un poco de respeto porque es demasiado vulgar y muy altanero tiene una forma muy fea de hablarle a los clientes, entre ellos se andan gritando obscenidades de lado a lado yo creo que no es el lugar. No solo la molestia era de mi parte también los demás clientes que estaban esperando sus vehículos, espero que lo consideren finalmente uno esta pagando por el servicio no nos lo están regalando.

Resulta que llego a la 9:20 para el cambio de bujes de una llanta, balancearla y alinearla !
Y son las 11:00 am y decido mejor pagar lo ha hecho y no hacer la alineación. Porque me han tardado demasiado y le han dado prioridad a otros vehículos que llegaron después del mío !
Y se enoja la embarazada y hasta me corrio!
