Friendly but the workshop stops being good, they lost the padlock of the tires and changed some nuts for others

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen recibimiento por parte del encargado del taller pero falta atención al cliente. Fui por un cambio de aceite y se tardaron más de 2 horas cuando no te debe tomar más de 20 minutos, faltaba el filtro y no me dijeron hasta que no pregunté.
Good reception by the workshop manager but lack customer service. I went for an oil change and it took more than 2 hours when it should not take you more than 20 minutes, the filter was missing and they didn't tell me until I asked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les falta servucio al cliente debido a que nunca tienen nitrogeno para rellenar llantas. Les comente que deberian de manejar 2 cilindros de nitrogeno. Si se acaba un cilindro, cambian y usan el otro mientras se tiene listo el otro.
They lack customer service because they never have nitrogen to fill tires. I told them that they should handle 2 nitrogen cylinders. If one cylinder runs out, they switch and use the other while the other is ready.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El PEOR lugar para cambiar llantas, el servicio de ambas recepcionistas no es amable y sin tomar nota de tus peticiones ¡Fui por 1 llanta y tardaron 1:30hrs en hacerla! No había más clientes; ahora entiendo por que.
The WORST place to change tires, the service of both receptionists is not friendly and without taking note of your requests. I went for 1 tire and they took 1:30hrs to do it! There were no other customers; Now I understand why.
