The place is full of cars, in theory that speaks well of the place, what really happens is that if they have many cars, the reason is because they take a long time to carry out the services, coincidentally I arrived at the place because my tire was flat, I opted for changing the 4 tires, a bad idea, it is evident that one thinks that changing 4 tires can be fast (yes, it is, when the staff is dedicated to what they do), I feel that there is a lack of organization, the car services do it very slowly , a man had been almost 2 hours longer than I had been, in the end I left and the man still stayed... That is the part of the time, I understand that they do and have a lot to do, what yes is that at least, if they take a long time, it is a loss that they do it well, I bring a tire with only 3 studs, the security one was removed because I am going to change them, the detail is that of the 5, 1 is a safety one and there are 4 studs left, but I only have 3 studs from one rim, and besides, the stud caps are already incomplete. My mistake was trusting myself and not checking that something was missing (the truth was I was starving, I was there since 1 and left at 5:30). In short, I can't say that the service is good, because the truth is that it leaves something to be desired, the alignment and the bad balance, the car begins to vibrate at 70 km. Before the tires were changed, the car did not vibrate. Well, maybe because I'm a woman I don't know much, although you feel like you're bringing your car, I try to be careful and give you your service, I prefer to do your service in a simpler place and I know they'll do it well, as they say, the facilities are Very good, they have a good team, but I prefer the old and safe, the alignments and balances in the old-fashioned way ?. I don't know, if labor is included in the cost of the spare parts, perhaps the staff is not doing a good job because they are not paid well. Anyway.
