Me vendieron llantas con la alineacion incluida y ya que estaba ahi me dijeron que no servicia su maquina, tuve que ir a otro lugar para hacer la alineacion al final porque habia esperado 2 semanas
 Very kind attention from the seller and the mechanic
They sold me tires with the alignment included and since I was there they told me that their machine did not work, I had to go to another place to do the alignment at the end because I had waited 2 weeks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención pre compra es excelente, peri te ofrecen garantía por ponchadas y no revisan bien, me aplicaron un parche sobre una y solo duro 4 horas, la tuve que llevar a una vulcanizado y hallaron el parche mal puesto.
The pre-purchase care is excellent, but they offer you a guarantee for punctures and they do not check well, they applied a patch on one and it only lasted 4 hours, I had to take it to a vulcanized one and they found the patch badly placed.

No existe atención al cliente No hay protocolo de covid. La antigua agencia de Mercedes se volvió en vulcanizadora. Quien baja tu coche al taller es el trabajador y no el asesor de venta.
Despite being on the main avenue of the city, the place is dirty and neglected. Messy offices and full trash cans. There is no customer service. There is no covid protocol. The former Mercedes agency became a vulcanizer. The person who lowers your car to the workshop is the worker and not the sales consultant.
