Tan solo para hacer una cotización se "avientan la pelota" entre quienes atienden y terminan sin resolver algo tan simple como cotizar un juego de llantas. Good prices but bad service. Just to make a quote they "throw the ball" among those who attend and end up without solving something as simple as quoting a set of tires.

El balanceo lo hicieron adecuadamente pero en la plataforma de alineación me percate que el mecánico estaba haciendo el trabajo "al tanteo" o a "ojo de buen cubero" al preguntarle por qué lo estaba haciendo de esa forma me comentó que los aparatos para hacer la alineación se habían descompuesto, que ya llevaban rato inoperativos y que os obligaban a hacer así el jale. Obviamente quedó mal alineado y con tendencia a la izquierda. Después de tres intentos de que quedara bien, mejor opté por hacer el reclamo de su supuesta garantía ya ellos cobran por una alineación por COMPUTADORA. Por su puesto que no respondieron por ella, solo argumentaron que al firmar la hoja de servicio Yo aceptaba las condiciones y que no me iban a hacer ningún tipo de reembolso. Afortunadamente en el lugar pude alertar a otros consumidores para que NO cayeran en esa mala experiencia. Lo que hacen es Anti ético y sumamente inseguro . De inmediato salí de ahí y me fui a otro taller. Terrible experience.!! It is a security threat.!! Get my truck lined up and balanced.
