Con el argumento de que mi carro 4cil necesitaba “un filtro especial y 6 litros de aceite!” Cuando en el manual dice 4.8 max.
 I went for a promotion (oil & filter change, etc. $ 399) and ended up paying $ 642 !!
On the grounds that my 4cil car needed "a special filter and 6 liters of oil!" When the manual says 4.8 max.
