From the worst shopping experience. If you like to be treated without any gesture of kindness and cordiality, surely here is your place to buy spare parts. Not even the good morning did they answer me every time I called and greeted in a polite way, I made 2 calls on different days to quote parts, after a couple of days, I made a third call to ask for an update of the price and they would give me an account number to deposit , to which they responded with arrogance: What if I did not have my previous quotes? ... They reluctantly updated my price, in addition to that, I asked them for their address so that I could send my parcel and this time, they rudely told me that I I did not have to send parcels that they already had an agreement with express package and that if I wanted, they would put the parcel collect for me, I argued that I also had an agreement with express package since I handle volume, and therefore, I already know how much each costs freight, however, they responded to me in a challenging way: "I don't think you have a better agreement than us" .... I prefer to buy more expensive in other places but with a proper customer service.
