El servicio deja a desear, llevaba una llanta de refacción colocada porque se me poncho la original y cuando cambiaron las 4 llantas pusieron una en el rin de la refacción. Se tardaron cerca de 4 horas en hacerlo.
Pagué la alineación y porque tenía una terminal dañada se tardaron una semana en cotizarmela.
Good quality tires.
The service leaves to be desired, I had a spare tire on because I got the original one and when they changed the 4 tires they put one on the spare wheel. It took about 4 hours to do it.
I paid for the alignment and because I had a damaged terminal they took a week to quote me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal respuesta a reclamaciones de servicios de frenos realizados. Adjudicaron vibración y mal acomodo de balatas y rectificado de discos a Amortiguadores. Tuve que llevar mi vehículo a la Agencia a corregir problema que ellos no pudieron. Y no reconocieron el reclamo ni reembolso de lo acordado, di 3 vueltas esperando garantía y no pudieron resolver el problema. Definitivamente bajaron calidad y servicio contratando técnicos sin experiencia. No recomiendo realizar servicios de frenos con ellos.
Very bad response to brake service claims made. They assigned vibration and poorly arranged brake pads and grinding discs to shock absorbers. I had to take my vehicle to the Agency to correct a problem that they could not. And they did not recognize the claim or reimburse what was agreed, I spent 3 laps waiting for the guarantee and they could not solve the problem. They definitely lowered quality and service by hiring inexperienced technicians. I do not recommend performing brake services with them.
