★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 mil pesos en piezas y servicio y mi carro quedó mal, luego me dijeron que era otra cosa y que se ocupaba mas dinero, me quisieron hacer un cobro doble de un lavado y engrasado, no lo recomiendo.
4 thousand pesos in parts and service and my car was bad, then they told me that it was something else and that more money was needed, they wanted to charge me twice for washing and greasing, I do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 horas para un servicio de alineación y balanceo cuando me indicaron que estaría listo en 2 horas, cero comunicación con el cliente, no preguntan si la unidad tiene birlo de seguridad y al personal le falta capacitación en cuanto a servicio al cliente. Por medio de teléfono pedí información por mi unidad y es evidente que están muy separados en cuanto a información con quienes realizan los servicios.
4 hours for an alignment and balancing service when they indicated that I would be ready in 2 hours, zero communication with the client, they do not ask if the unit has security and the staff lacks training in customer service. By phone I asked for information by my unit and it is clear that they are very separate in terms of information with those who perform the services.
