★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegué aquí después de un incidente con una llanta casi nueva (apenas unas pocas semanas) que cayó en una tapa abierta y se dañó. Aquí me ayudaron a revisarla y recomendaron seccionarla para usarla unos meses más (con las debidas precauciones).
Entregaron en el plazo acordado y la llanta quedó con buena apariencia. La puse en un auto que tiene poco uso, y la usé sin problemas un par de años. Me dieron información suficiente del avance en cada llamada, aunque les costaba trabajo tenerla a la mano.
Came here after an incident with a nearly new tire (just a few weeks) that fell into an open cap and got damaged. Here they helped me to review it and recommended sectioning it to use it for a few more months (with due precautions).
They delivered within the agreed time frame and the tire looked good. I put it in a car that has little use, and used it without problems for a couple of years. They gave me enough progress information on each call, although it was difficult for them to have it on hand.
