★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, cotizan las piezas, dan cita, llegas, desarman la suspensión de tu vehículo y después te dicen que las piezas que tienen en su establecimiento no son las que corresponden a tu vehículo. Una pérdida total de tiempo y dinero.
Terrible service, they quote the parts, make an appointment, you arrive, they disarm the suspension of your vehicle and then they tell you that the parts they have in their establishment are not the ones that correspond to your vehicle. A total waste of time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio fui a la sucursal de las torres , por un problema de suspensión , su personal me aseguro que era la caja de dirección, después de cambiarla quedó exactamente igual resultando que solo eran rotulas y bujes de la horquilla , yo no sé cómo Michelin presta su marca a gente que ni siquiera sabe diagnosticar.
Terrible service I went to the branch of the towers, due to a suspension problem, their staff assured me that it was the steering box, after changing it it was exactly the same, resulting in only ball joints and fork bushings, I do not know how Michelin provides your brand to people who don't even know how to diagnose.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No solo es una llantera o como común mente se conoce talacheria, si no que tiene una gama de servicios por ofrecer, además de buena atención al cliente, pero como siempre lo he dicho ningún lado es perfecto tiene detalles muy insignificantes pero que si llegan a arruinar la experiencia del consumidor.
