★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estuve 3 días tratando de organizarnos en horarios, (y ese punto es su área de oportunidad). No pueden dar el plus de quedarse 30 min más tarde de su horario de salida para hacer el servicio que requería, pero ellos si piden que llegues puntual o incluso que les dejes tu coche un día antes para que ellos trabajen agusto.
 I spent 3 days trying to organize ourselves in schedules, (and that point is your area of opportunity). They cannot give the bonus of staying 30 minutes later than their departure time to do the service they required, but they do ask that you arrive on time or even that you leave your car a day before so that they can work at ease.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mucho de conocerlos y siempre han sido muy buenos, desgraciadamente la última vez que fui hicieron todo mal. Tuve que ir a otro taller a corregirlo. Ojalá no estén decayendo porque daban buen servicio.
A lot of knowing them and they have always been very good, unfortunately the last time I went they did everything wrong. I had to go to another workshop to correct it. Hopefully they are not declining because they gave good service.
