★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando un cliente solicita un servicio,eso es lo que se le debe de otorgar,pedí alineación y me dieron un diagnóstico,la base del amortiguador ya no sirve,hace 6 meses que se las cambie,no me dieron el servicio solicitado y además tuve que pagar el diagnóstico que no solicite.
Al cliente que pide un servicio en específico,se le da,ya si el carro tiene algún otro detalle mi mecánico de confianza lo solucionará.
No es lo que yo solicite.
