★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deje una llanta a reparar con rin y tapón, y cuando la pasé a recoger me la regresaron sin su tapón. No quisieron pagarme la perdida del tapón, el dueño de la llantera Mario Alberto Ramírez no dió la cara y al cuestionarlo solo bajaba la cara y me ignoraba, en su lugar metió a su chalán que argumento que si perdía un cliente no les importaba, por qué llegarían más clientes. Pésima forma de pensar sobre los personas que les hemos dado trabajo, que mal que se den a conocer por un simple tapón. Recomiendo mejor buscar otra llantera o vulcanizadora dónde si les importe cuidar y mantener a sus clientes, y se eviten una desagradable experiencia.
I left a tire to be repaired with a rim and cap, and when I picked it up they returned it to me without its cap. They did not want to pay me for the loss of the cap, the owner of the tire shop Mario Alberto Ramírez did not show his face and when questioning him, he just lowered his face and ignored me, instead he put his villa in, arguing that if he lost a customer they did not care, for what more customers would arrive. Terrible way of thinking about the people who have given them work, how bad they are known for a simple cap. I recommend better looking for another tire or vulcanizer where if they care to take care and maintain their customers, and avoid an unpleasant experience.
