E	Eduardo Martinez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, anteriormente había publicado que estaba muy agusto con el servicio, sin embargo volví al sitio 5 meses después para la revisión de una llanta y sin yo decirles nada empezaron a hablar pestes del servicio que me habían hecho con anterioridad argumentando que por eso tenia ese "nuevo" problema en una de mis llantas, en cuanto les comenté que el servicio de cambio de amortiguadores además de la alineación y balanceo la habían realizado ahí, se pusieron un poco pesados argumentando que el servicio depende del o los técnicos que estén en sitio ya que los cambian, por lo que entonces no tienen Controles ni Estándar de Calidad en sus servicios. Y para finalizar me corrieron indicando que ellos no podían atender ni ayudarme a resolver mi falla y que fuera a conseguir la pieza en un deshuesadero o directamente en la agencia. j	jose torres on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mi opinion es negativa, ya que compre 2 llantas y en menos de una semana, cai en unbache pequeño y una de las llantas se le hizo una perforacion, la lleve para reportarla, diciendome que el dictamen saldria de 8 a 10 dias, entregue la llanta el dia 9 de agosto del año en curso, espere los dias señalados y cuando fui el dia 19 de agosto todavia no me tenian respuesta, fui en dias subsecuentes sin que me dieran respuesta, hasta el 31 de agosto me dijeron que mi llanta no era falla de la facrica y que no me la repararian ni cambiarian, cuando me entregaron el dictamen tenia fecha del 20 de agosto, el cual para mi fue molesto ya que me tardaron mas de 20 dias en darme una respuesta, para mi esa situacion es no volver a comprar llantas firestone ya que ni sus llantas ni su servicio al cliente me resultaron positivos. si hubiera calificacion de cero estrellas la pondria. El unico inconveniente es que como mi carro es de persona moral, normalmente lo dejas, lo checan y te dan un diagnóstico y cotización sobre eso, pero resulta que aqui primero tuve que pagar cierto servicio para que pudieran recibirlo, obviamente al entregarme el vehículo salieron mas detalles, y entonces tengo que volver a hacer todo, desde pedir autorización del gasto y volverlo a llevar al taller. Pero fuera de eso es recomendable el lugar. Good service, prices are very affordable. I have to be looking for the workers when they change branches because they don't do things right, or they don't fit as they should be, plus they lose the parts and then you have to buy them yourself.

Ya está la queja en Profeco. Vayan a otro lado en todas sus sucursales es lo mismo. NO COMPREN CON ELLOS. Terrible attention.
