Mr. Eduardo is a true gentleman, he explained to me perfectly and I treated my truck with care. I was going to remove some studs that swept the key away from me and they with great skill solved it by the friendly and attentive receptionists, congratulations and thank you!

El servicio es excepcional, te mantienen informado sobre lo que le irán haciendo a tu auto y cuando surge algo distinto a lo previsto te llaman para informarte y que tú decidas si se procede. La relación precio-calidad es buena.
From the reception to the treatment by the mechanics it is excellent. The service is exceptional, they keep you informed about what they will do to your car and when something other than what is expected arises they call you to inform you and that you decide if you proceed. The price-quality ratio is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ la verdad mal servicio, si puede evitar llevar sus autos ahi mucho que mejor. todo el dia el carro en el taller y termine pagando por cosas por las que no lleve y no me le hicieron nada por lo que lo metí.
the truth bad service, if you can avoid taking your cars there much better. All day the car in the workshop and I ended up paying for things that I did not take and they did nothing to me so I put it in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precios bien, atención no muy buena el encargado se encuentra estresado por tener que entrenar a una recepcionista, servicio al coche, meeeh se realiza lo que se pide y se identifican piezas adicionales de recambio, no se revisa a profundidad y en el tema de amortiguadores los dejan fuera de pocision por centímetros. Para mí próximo servicio solo comprare las piezas y las montaré en casa para evitarme disgustos
Good prices, not very good service the manager is stressed by having to train a receptionist, car service, meeeh does what is requested and additional spare parts are identified, it is not reviewed in depth and on the subject of shock absorbers they leave them out of position by centimeters. For my next service I will only buy the parts and assemble them at home to avoid displeasure

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recién comprobé lo que comentan sobre la mala atención. Me arriesgué y efectivamente tal como lo señalan, NADA RECOMENDABLE.
*Pésima atención al cliente parece que te hacen un favor.
*No respetan cotización, te la cambian en un lapso de tres días.
*Puede que tengan tiempo o no de atender tu vehículo, inclusive si llegas desde temprano.
I just checked what they say about poor service. I took a risk and indeed as they point out, NOTHING RECOMMENDED.
*Terrible customer service seems to do you a favor.
* They do not respect the quote, they change it for you within three days.
*They may or may not have time to attend to your vehicle, even if you arrive early.
