★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compre un par de llantas 155/80R15 con un buen descuento, hasta ahí todo bien, el detalle fue que las mandaron a pedir a Tapachula y tuve que esperar 3 días para que me las trajeran, pague un anticipo en el cual NO se establecía que estaba pagando y mucho menos cuanto era el total de la compra, solo era una hoja en blanco con el monto que pague sin más; en cuanto a la atención la vendedora quedo de entregármelas un jueves por la mañana (8:00 am) y mi sorpresa fue que NO llego la vendedora ese día cuando con un día de anticipación le marque para decirle si me atendería el siguiente día en la mañana y me comento que si, total que estuve esperando por una hora a que me atendieran hasta que me resolvieron, eso si, sin darme NADA como comprobante porque la vendedora no estaba, me dijeron que ella me mandaría la nota de compra por correo electrónico y fue cosa que NUNCA paso, ni porque le marque varias veces para que mandaran la nota jamas lo hicieron, mucha falta de seriedad en las ventas.
I bought a couple of tires 155 / 80R15 with a good discount, so far so good, the detail was that they were sent to Tapachula and I had to wait 3 days for them to bring them to me, pay an advance in which it was NOT established that I was paying and much less how much was the total purchase, it was just a blank sheet with the amount I paid without more; As for the attention, the saleswoman agreed to deliver them to me on a Thursday morning (8:00 am) and my surprise was that the saleswoman did not arrive that day when I told her one day in advance to tell her if she would attend me the next day at the Tomorrow and I commented that yes, total that I was waiting for an hour to attend me until they resolved me, that if, without giving me ANYTHING as proof because the seller was not, they told me that she would send me the purchase note by email and it was something that NEVER happened, or because I marked several times to send the note never did, much lack of seriousness in sales.
