Primero nos hicieron una cotización de amortiguadores, la cual pagamos y 20 min después nos dijeron que la cotización estaba mal porque no podían entregarnos la marca que pedimos sino otra marca de baja calidad. Finalmente por la premura de poder arreglar nuestro coche decidimos irnos con la marca que tenían disponible y tardaron más de una hora en entregarnos los amortiguadores. Los encargados no salieron de su oficina en toda la hora sin decirnos tiempo estimado de llegada del producto.
No regresaremos definitivamente porque se nota que ni el gerente ni a la encargada les interesa el servicio al cliente.
Terrible service. First they made us a quotation of shock absorbers, which we paid and 20 min later they told us that the quotation was wrong because they could not deliver the brand we requested but another low quality brand. Finally, due to the haste of being able to fix our car, we decided to leave with the brand they had available and it took more than an hour to deliver the shock absorbers. The managers did not leave their office at all times without telling us the estimated time of arrival of the product.
We will not definitely return because it shows that neither the manager nor the manager is interested in customer service.
