★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al momento de realizar mi compra solicite factura, me comentaron que en la tarde o al día siguiente me la iban a enviar y nada, llame después de una semana y me dijeron que la tarde, vuelvo a llamar con respeto, me gritaron que me NO me la iban a dar por no pagar el IVA cuando los productos ya deben llevar el IVA y en caso me lo hubieran dicho, una muy mala atención y déspotas a mas no poder, ahora me dicen que pase a su local y vuelva a dar mis datos, cuando ya los di tres veces colgándome el teléfono, dudo que me den mi factura....demasiado mala la atención. El Siguiente paso sera Profeco o el SAT para que ellos nos indique que procede.
