★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pese a los comentarios, no puedo decir lo mismo de ellos en cuanto a compras por internet: 1) No se ponen en contacto conmigo para decirme la situación de mi envío. 2) El chat de atención a clientes es lento, no resuelven el problema, la encargada es poco amable y no sabe cómo actuar en la situación. 3) No tienen buena comunicación con el área de ventas, por lo que es inútil llamar y preguntar, porque no tienen la menor idea de las transacciones que hacen.
Han pasado tres días de que realicé mi compra y hasta hoy no he tenido respuesta ni de mi producto ni de mi dinero .
Despite the comments, I cannot say the same about them in terms of online purchases: 1) They do not contact me to tell me the status of my shipment. 2) The customer service chat is slow, they do not solve the problem, the manager is unkind and does not know how to act in the situation. 3) They do not have good communication with the sales area, so it is useless to call and ask, because they do not have the slightest idea of the transactions they make.
Three days have passed since I made my purchase and until today I have not had a response from my product or my money.
