★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compre unos zapatos y me enseñaron el par nuevo y al llegar al hotel era el probador, está manchada la piel y mañana sale mi vuelo a primera hora. Estaba muy emocionada por los diseños únicos pero en realidad estos detalles hacen que se quiten las ganas de pedir en línea.
I bought some shoes and they showed me the new pair and when I arrived at the hotel I was the fitting room, the skin is stained and tomorrow my flight leaves early. I was very excited for the unique designs but in reality these details make it take away the desire to order online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO. Compre un traje de baño y al minuto me regrese para que me regresaran el dinero y me dijeron que no porque ya habían metido la venta. 1 MINUTO! PÉSIMO servicio al cliente. Por hacer su venta a fuerza JAMÁS regreso. Me quede con MUY mal sabor de boca y con un mega coraje.
La encargada estaba hablando con la dueña y el comentario fue “no hemos vendido nada”. Nunca me dijeron que no había cambios.
APPALLING. I bought a swimsuit and the minute I returned to get the money back and they said no because they had already put the sale. 1 MINUTE! BAD customer service. By making your sale by force NEVER come back. I was left with a VERY bad taste in my mouth and with a mega courage.
The attendant was talking to the owner and the comment was "we have not sold anything". They never told me there were no changes.
