★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentable la atencion telefonica por el personal, al ser llerandi distribuidores de Polaris suena increible que no puedan saber el numero de telefono de su empresa hermana, tampoco puedan transferir la llamada o al menos tomar nota de lo que el cliente busca, es una pena que no encontremos un servicio comodo a las exigencias de los usuarios Polaris.

ESO NUNCA ME LO DIJERON EN JULIO 2021 CUANDO LA PAGUÉ, jamás habría hecho la compra. Me dieron de garantía una canastilla BIG COUNTRY que a lo más costaba y EXAGERANDO 5mil pesos (pregunté directa mente en BIG COUNTRY y la misma en 4200 envío incluido). Me cobraron por ella más de 10 mil. Claro, cobrándose a lo chino de lo que pagué hace más de 3 meses. BAJO SU RIESGO TRABAJAR CON ELLOS. Lo escribo porque tengo pruebas. Tomaré las acciones que correspondan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegué al lugar y está cerrado no hay ningún letrero no nada que indique que está en servicio, llame por teléfono y me dijeron que tenía que tocar el portón para que me atendieran, obvio ya me había ido del lugar, pedí información sobre unas llantas y me transfirieron la llamada al área correspondiente y no me brindaron la información me dijeron que tenía que entrar a la página web y buscar el número de WhatsApp y enviar la medida que ocupo, hice todo eso y el servicio de WhatsApp de la página lo funciona. No lo recomiendo en lo absoluto, pésimo servicio, pésima la atención, y todavía contestan el teléfono de malas. No pierdan su tiempo.
