Mala atención. Me deja una mala impresión de la empresa.
I consider that the staff is not prepared. They told me to buy a part that the manager later told me he didn't need. They try to trick you by saying that the pieces were already damaged.
Bad attention. It leaves a bad impression of the company on me.
