★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio en ésta sucursal es pésimo. Encontré cita para un ultrasonido aquí y por eso acudí. Pero no respetan la cita. La Dra BERENICE ZAVALA, no me recibió porque mi nombre no aparecía en una lista que les dan impresa en la mañana temprano y yo hice cita 1 hora antes, me la ofrecieron en servicio telefónico y la acepté. Llegué a tiempo (15 minutos antes como lo solicitan) y llegué antes de otra paciente que recibieron en mi lugar. Ya puse la queja en servicio al cliente. Muy mal por parte de la doctora, hace quedar mal a todo un equipo de personas que trabajan para dar un buen servicio.
 The service at this branch is terrible. I found an appointment for an ultrasound here and that's why I went. But they do not respect the appointment. Dr. BERENICE ZAVALA did not receive me because my name did not appear on a printed list that was given to them early in the morning and I made an appointment 1 hour before, they offered it to me over the phone and I accepted it. I was on time (15 minutes early as requested) and arrived before another patient they received in my place. I have already filed a complaint with customer service. Very bad on the part of the doctor, she makes a whole team of people who work to provide a good service look bad.
