No había agua para tomar, instalaciones feas, no había shampoo, cama incomoda, no hay ningún tipo de servicio al cliente, en recepción nunca contestan, tuve que bajar a la gas a las 2am a comprar agua, no hay forma de salir del edificio si no está el de la recepción estuve buscandolo 20 min hasta que apareció, sin aire acondicionado regulable, la regadera pésima, el valet no te da boleto (lo único positivo es que es gratis), el cuarto se abre con llave no tarjeta (literal para cerrar por dentro tienes que cerrar con la llave), la "terraza" en supuesta remodelación, se escucha ruido. Por todo esto te cobran $1890 MXN la noche. MAL MAL MAL
PESIMO KEEP AWAY
There was no water to drink, ugly facilities, no shampoo, uncomfortable bed, no customer service at reception, never answer, I had to go down to gas at 2am to buy water, there is no way out of the building if the reception is not there I was looking for it 20 min until it appeared, without adjustable air conditioning, the terrible shower, the valet does not give you a ticket (the only positive thing is that it is free), the room opens with a key no card (literal to close on the inside you have to close with the key), the "terrace" in supposed remodeling, noise is heard. For all this they charge $ 1890 MXN per night. BAD BAD BAD

No es barato pero para realizar actividades por el área y una muy buena opción.
La familia estuvo complacida con las instalaciones y la ubicación.
