Le quise dar una oportunidad a esta marca y arrepentida, me mandaron una prenda repetida y no lo que yo pedí, seguí el proceso de devolución que ellos indican, según se ponen en contacto en menos de 48 horas y son 5 días y no recibo ningún mensaje.
Así que háganse a la idea que si quieren cambio de talla o devolver el producto, es imposible.
Nada que ver con H&M, ZARA etc.
Que bueno que quieran ofrecer sus productos en línea, pero si no tienen la capacidad logística mejor no lo hagan, solo hacen perder nuestro tiempo y dinero.
