L	Lisa Shamus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO OCEAN! The water is black and stagnant. You are not allowed in it. Employees are noce and food is decent. But DO NOT STAY HERE if you want to go to the beach. As a result of the stagnant swamp, the property has a terrible smell that literally makes you gag. Stay somewhere else, even if it is thousands more.
J	Jorge Velasquez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst "5 stars" resort I have ever been. The staff can't afford offering you a glass of water after a 50 minute wait and a 25 people queue. It took me less time flying from Colombia rather than registering and getting a room. The air conditioner was broken and the beds wasn't as we asked. For this reason we had to stay away almost 1 kilometer during a family trip. Wrong answers everytime from hosts. Pretty spot but bad customer service. :(

S	Shirley Rozier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy check in - No line at the time. But the bell / golf cart service needs some help. I have no intentions of returning to this Resort in the future. The rooms are very dated & if you're not a member, you're not going to get a great view at all.. Large Hotel type room.. but I didn't pay a lot just paid more than I wanted since last minute.. Construction is currently going on... Asked to be moved to a different room & Alexander came through.. Perfect location & view.. why not so that from the get go.. So now I'll give 4 ? ? ? ?
g	gary alleyne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lobby was ok. . But as a whole the resort need a upgrade. The carts pick up from the buildings was trash.. Would I come back. NO!.. The food was Average.. no theme night for the buffet.... same food ever day...

Place I just do not recomend the beach if you are me a person who really love beach this ks the wrong hotel, they closed the beach with big things I dont know ghe name so the water is enclosed and because no movement is brown and dirty totally disgusting... But excellent pool, big rooms, great service and great food
B	Bob McKenzie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda is a 4-1/2 star hotel with a 5 star feel. The staff are exceptional and treat you royally. I will be back and recommend it to the person who likes a friendly atmosphere.
p	phil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was great, the food was tasty and the beach was nice. It was no good for snorkeling at the resort however. You need to take the boat tour for that. The best part of our stay here was the staff. Super friendly and they made our stay fun. They were always helpful.
