★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio.! Aunque pasen los años y cambien de jefes en esa Junta.....las cosas siempre van de mal en peor. Nunca contestan los correos! Y cuando vas por laudos o acuerdos se excusan para no entregarlos y te los entregan después de 2 años o de varias veces que los acatarras!!! Ahora con lo de la pandemia abusan de las citas, haciendo menos y atendiendo menos gente.! Pero eso sí hay tiempo para los encargos de desayuno o las ventas. Ni hablar! Bendita pandemia ....No.! ?
Terrible service.! Although the years go by and bosses change in that Board ..... things always go from bad to worse. They never answer the emails! And when you go for awards or agreements they excuse themselves not to deliver them and they deliver them to you after 2 years or several times that you get a cold !!! Now with the pandemic they abuse appointments, making less and serving fewer people. But there is time for breakfast orders or sales. No way! Blessed pandemic .... No! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es de lo peor en el Gobierno, esta oficina se llevan la medalla de oro en cuanto a ineficientes y corrupción. Ojalá Mauricio Kuri los ponga en orden. Especialmente las juntas 2, 4 y 5 que son lo peor de lo peor.
It is the worst in the Government, this office takes the gold medal in terms of inefficiencies and corruption. Hopefully Mauricio Kuri puts them in order. Especially boards 2, 4 and 5 which are the worst of the worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una de las dos juntas que se encuentran en Qro. El detalle es que no siempre te atienden en el archivo de forma rápida ni eficaz, ya que siempre hay algun inconveniente para poder revisar expedientes, más si eres de fueras de la Ciudad de Qro.
It is one of the two boards found in Qro. The detail is that they do not always serve you in the file quickly or efficiently, since there is always some inconvenience in being able to review files, especially if you are from outside the City of Qro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todos sus trabajadores están comprados por las grandes empresas corruptas, eviten la pena de perder el tiempo hay en ese edificio corrupto por el pan, ni vale la pena demandar a una empresa por qué les dan moches a los que supuestamente te respaldan, muy malo la verdad. Deberían de meter al bote a todos esos servidores públicos a la cárcel por recibir moches de empresas corruptas que solo hacen mal a la ciudadanía ‼️ muy enojado?
All your workers are bought by the big corrupt companies, avoid the penalty of wasting time there is in that corrupt building for bread, it is not even worth suing a company for why they give nights to those who supposedly support you, very bad TRUE. They should put all those public servants in jail for receiving money from corrupt companies that only harm citizens ‼️ very angry?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es increíble que no contesten... a pesar de tardar horas llamando y cuando por fin algyien contestó, me dejó en eapera sin eesolver mi duda y jamás volvió..estuve 2 horas esperando en linea y ni por educaciión si quiera colgó el telefono..
It's incredible that they don't answer... despite taking hours to call and when someone finally answered, he left me waiting without answering my question and he never came back... I was waiting on line for 2 hours and he didn't even hang up the phone out of politeness. .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nadie contesta en las 7 extensiones, dos números, ni esperando en la línea por HORAS.
:/ entiendo que por asuntos de pandemia la carga de conflictos laborales etc aumentó, pero tampoco es fácil para las personas estarse transportando a esperar en una fila solo por información.
Mi consejo es que faciliten sus procesos ya sea mediante un chat vía whatsapp, o un chatbot, o contratando mas gente para atender las líneas.

No one answers on all 7 extensions, two numbers, or waiting on the line for HOURS.
:/ I understand that due to pandemic issues the burden of labor conflicts etc. increased, but it is not easy for people to be transported to wait in line just for information.
My advice is to facilitate your processes either through a chat via whatsapp, or a chatbot, or by hiring more people to attend the lines.
