 The lady who attended me was very kind. I took my control of the key thinking that the battery was no longer working, she checked and just adjusted something and voila, the battery was not necessary. You didn't charge me for the review

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went looking to get an Odd Key copied stopping several places Tekno was recommended to try. They had the key blank and could copy it. They can also duplicate an RFID key should you need that for Many AutoMakers. Service was good. They are on the south end of Plaza Caracol. Easy Access.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to get 8 keys made for my condo in Puerto Vallarta. I was charged 800 pesos. My Mexican friends told me that I got ripped off by the woman and her family that works there. 4 of my keys were made incorrectly and I had to go back and have them made again. The daughter there thought it was funny when I was upset and was laughing behind the cashier. Terrible customer service and if you are an American , they will rip you off.
