Se comprometían a visitarme y simplemente se desparecían. Mi primer claim fue el 25 de abril 2020 y es fecha que no he podido resolverlo. I have been asking for more than a year to help me with mtto at my table for details that came out in less than a month of purchase. They promised to visit me and just disappeared. NO COMPREN. You just don't get what you bought, I bought a mirror, I deposited the total payment and after sending me a false tracking guide, they never answer the phone or anything, they just disappear, the place of the address is an apparent factory that is closed... DO NOT BUY.

Después dejaron de responderme x whatss y por correo. Nunca me dieron info de mi pedido, dinero robado. Es una estafa total, NO COMPREN!!!! a scam, I deposited my order money and only received two messages that a no would be sent to me. guide that never came. Then they stopped answering me by WhatsApp and by mail. They never gave me information about my order, stolen money. It is a total scam, DO NOT BUY !!!!

Un mes después todavía no me había sido entregado. Hubo mil excusas, que las guías tenían problemas, que los permisos, etc. Te envían guías nuevas y las cancelan, en repetidas ocasiones. Al final pedí mi reembolso y después de insistir mucho SÍ me regresaron el dinero, pero o tienen un pésimo servicio al cliente o usan estas estrategias para cansar a la gente y quedarse con el dinero. Contacté a varias personas que tuvieron el mismo problema y ellos llevaban hasta 3 meses esperando su mueble o un reembolso. I don't usually write reviews but every time I see your advertising it makes me angry. I bought a bar cart which was due to arrive in 2 weeks. A month later it still had not been delivered to me. There were a thousand excuses, that the guides had problems, that the permits, etc. They send you new guides and cancel them, repeatedly. In the end I asked for my refund and after insisting a lot, they DID return my money, but either they have terrible customer service or they use these strategies to tire people and keep the money. I contacted several people who had the same problem and they had been waiting up to 3 months for their furniture or a refund.
