★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place but management is absolutely rude and disrespectful. I’m staying here for the rest of the week and I have gotten nothing but attitude from the front desk. We are a big group and booked a 4 bedroom condo and every time we come in they act like it’s too many people for one unit. It would be good if the front desk knew the type of units they have and be aware of who is staying in the building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not stay here. Staff is rude. Check in/out process is horrendous. They won’t let you store the bags and use the pool while you wait. Horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing. Here’s a list of things that have gone wrong for us here in two weeks:
Extremely loud from 10:00 pm to 4:30 am. A club called CODE is across the street and we unfortunately hear the music all night (but only when trying to sleep).
The apartment has mold in it. Photo attached.
Our apartment leaked water from the ceiling in our first week. Photos attached.
Internet went down for two full days because the owners and internet company had a “payment issue.”
Pool is nice, but has rules like nobody can use the cabana beds unless they have a white towel.
Management has either been unwilling or lacks the authority to be any real help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This building is fine for a weekend as long if you are looking for modern/clean condo unit to crash at, but do not recommend any sort of long term lease or buying in this property. This is the 2nd long-term lease we have had in this building. We decided to give it a second chance since the first 3 month lease was in the height of COVID, and therefore overlooked the shortcomings (excessive building rules, rude staff, visitor policies, lag time in maintenance). However, a few weeks into this lease, it's been decided that this will be the last time.
The building is located in the heart of the Romantic Zone bar/club area, and is therefore EXTREMELY loud Thursday-Sunday nights (9pm- 4/5am), especially if the bedrooms are externally facing. Also located on the local bus route, so bus traffic (screeching brakes, engines) start early in the morning and goes all day. Leasing agents & property managers will tell you that noise is not a problem, but suggest you stay in the unit a few nights (over a weekend) and determine for yourself.
Management is rude, disorganized, and lazy- watching the security cameras and then enforcing rules when it's convenient for them. Front desk attendant, Angel, will watch you trying to enter the access code for the front door instead of pressing button to let you in.
The building rules which are posted are not the same as the rules the staff actually enforce (See different hours which are posted vs. printed below) and rules apply to all people (nightly rentals, long term/monthly rental, owners) and many are unreasonable if you consider calling this place home for any duration. However, security guard did ask for & accept bribes (alcohol, food, etc.) from other guests to overlook when they were not following rules. A few examples of rules are below:
1. Do not allow multiple guests to visit (been told max 2 guests, even for long-term (multi-month) lease on multiple bedroom unit). Does not matter if you are only going to have guests over for dinner or drinks in your unit and not going to use common space.
2. No food/drink of any kind at 'pool', which they consider the entire top floor including pool deck, covered lounge area.
3. Fireplace on top floor is only able to be used by owners (this rule is not written, just what staff enforces)
4. Not allow in common area (not even to work quietly, have coffee, or take call) before 9am (and 1 pm on Mondays). They will kick you out even if no one is there and you are not disturbing anyone.
4. Only white towels can be used on furniture upstairs (although building does not provide towel, so just hope your rental does).
Also, they enforce other random rules which are not published anywhere. For example, they do not have any place where you can store luggage on your arrival/departure day and will not let you wait in the lobby.
Building is only a few years old, but already has issues. To make matters worse, the maintenance process for repairs on the unit are non-existent. 3 weeks after reporting a plumbing leak with water dripping water from the ceiling, there have been 2 visits by repairmen (which required us to be home all day waiting for them to show up) and there is still a 18 in hole in the ceiling. Mold had been growing in closet for weeks due to leak and maintenance made no attempt to clean up or address it. Another example is the keypad on door broke and it took 4 hours for someone to get there to help fix it and allow us back into our unit.
Never have I stayed in a place that does not accommodate their guests and tenants treats them so poorly, especially given how much we pay.
