They don't deserve one star ... They're obsessed with keeping your package for weeks! Terrible service! There is no use answering calls if the package is not delivered !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un señor entrego el paquete, me pidió lo normal, identificación y firmar de recibido, el problema fue que después insistió en tomarme una foto donde se viera mi domicilio con su numero a lo cual le dije que no por obvias razones, nunca me habían pedido nada parecido, al final me tomo como 2 fotos y dijo que no saldría mi rostro lo cual no era cierto.
Me parece muy peligroso lo que estan haciendo y no se si incluso es ilegal.
A man delivered the package, he asked me for the normal thing, identification and signature of receipt, the problem was that later he insisted on taking a photo of me showing my address with his number to which I told him no for obvious reasons, they had never asked me nothing like that, in the end I took like 2 photos and said that my face would not come out which was not true.
What they are doing seems very dangerous to me and I don't know if it's even illegal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. No entiendo por qué la marca CROCS trabaja con esta empresa. Tiene 15 días q no recibo mi paquete, no responden, tienen mi paquete en bodega, llegan a deshoras, etc. Todo mal. !!!
Terrible service. I don't understand why the CROCS brand works with this company. They have 15 days that I do not receive my package, they do not respond, they have my package in the warehouse, they arrive late, etc. All wrong. !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace mas de 8 días que mi estatus no se actualiza, no hay numero o correo a donde comunicarse y no tengo idea ni de donde esta mi paquete ni cuando llegara. No a cambiado "en transito" desde hace dias, no entiendo porque una marca como crocs trabaja con una empresa con pesima logistica, es una burla!!! Por eso compramos a empresas americanas! pedi otro paquete el mismo dia que pedí en crocs México y me llegaron en DOS DIAS!!!!
My status has not been updated for more than 8 days, there is no number or email to contact and I have no idea where my package is or when it will arrive. It has not changed "in transit" for days, I do not understand why a brand like crocs works with a company with poor logistics, it is a joke !!! That is why we buy from American companies! I asked for another package the same day I ordered at crocs Mexico and they arrived in TWO DAYS !!!!
