Además cobraron el IVA adicionalmente al precio anunciado en la carta, lo que es aparte de un abuso, una flagrante violación a los artículos 7 y 7-bis de la Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor vigente. Donde se menciona que los precios informados al consumidor deberán ser los montos totales a pagar por el bien o servicio.
The food was good, the waiter very attentive but it took a long time to bring the dishes (an hour and twenty minutes). They also charged VAT in addition to the price announced in the letter, which is apart from an abuse, a flagrant violation of articles 7 and 7-bis of the current Federal Consumer Protection Law. Where it is mentioned that the prices informed to the consumer must be the total amounts to be paid for the good or service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So, we stayed at the hotel next to Lola & Carlota and had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant! The food is very good and James (the manager) is very attentive. He is Mexican American so, speaking English was another relief!

I also highly recommend the soups, the Poblano soup is exceptional in taste and presentation. A great place to relax and eat, highly recommended!! Thanks Jamie for making the experience so great!
