No lo recomiendo para NADA!! Le compramos flores a una amiga para su cumpleaños de Mexico para que se las entregaran en España. Me trajeron con mil correos que el proveedor no tenia el producto y luego que ya me lo entregarían otro dia y nunca lo entregaron y yo tenia que estar preguntando al correo que como iba el producto y tomando la iniciativa sino nunca me hubieran avisado… lo único bueno es que me llegó la transferencia rapido pero la ocasión especial de la entrega de flores ya no se realizó…
I do not recommend it for ANYTHING!! We bought flowers for a friend for her birthday from Mexico to have them delivered to her in Spain. They brought me with a thousand emails that the supplier did not have the product and then that they would deliver it to me another day and they never delivered it and I had to ask the mail how the product was going and take the initiative otherwise they would never have notified me... the only thing Well, the transfer arrived quickly, but the special occasion of the delivery of flowers no longer took place...

PESIMO, las flores estaban horribles y peor que no facturan... Sólo tienen un contestador de correo automático y no resuelven las quejas. Sólo prometen que lo harán pero fatal, no lo lo hacen. No vuelvo a usar su servicio, muy mala experiencia. Y nunca me resolvieron...
AWFUL, the flowers were horrible and worse that they don't bill... They only have an answering machine and they don't resolve complaints. They only promise that they will do it but fatally, they don't. I will not use your service again, very bad experience. And they never solved me...

Hace un año envié flores a mi mamá y cerca de la hora que tenía indicada me mandaron una imagen para confirmar el arreglo, obvio no era lo que yo había pedido lo corrigieron y llegó más o menos. Este año volví a enviarle y nunca me llegó ni un mensaje si ya estaba en ruta, si ya habían entregado o que pasaba, hasta que mi mamá me envió una foto, flores que ni se parecen a las del catálogo y sin agua muy marchitas. Mal, mal muy mal ??

Tenía mis dudas por tanto comentario malo, pero llevo dos pedidos y en ambos, las flores estaban muy bonitas y frescas, entregaron en tiempo, se supero el resultado esperado!

Si pudiera poner cero estrellas se las pondría. Mande un arreglo y este llegó en pésimo estado, las flores quemadas, secas y estaba muy mal acomodado. Además, el servicio es deplorable, quien entregó fue sumamente descortés. Opten por pedir en otro lugar. Actualmente la empresa se llama Mizu.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Paid £80 for 24 roses to be delivered to someone in Spain for Valentine's Day. They failed to deliver. Complained and said they would deliver next day. My friend received a text saying they could not deliver as nobody was home. This was not true. At the same time, I received a text saying they were delivered. I complained again and this time asked to cancel the order and give me a refund. They ignored that request and said they would try to deliver on the 16th. I sent several messages asking to not deliver and give me a refund. Ignored. Eventually, they delivered nice flowers. But 12 not 24 that I paid for. They said they cannot refund as they delivered. Even though it was 2 days late, the wrong order and I told them not to. I am now in talks with my bank on how to get my money back.
