Hola, me realicé mini extensión de calcio+diseño, estoy contenta con mis uñitas. Todas las técnicas amables, friendly y atentas. En especial Montse qu...e fue mi técnica, es súper detallosa en cuanto a las uñas. Te hacen sentir welcome a Lola. Eso en mi opinión es lo que te hace volver a los lugares, con buenas reseñas e higiénicos. Mi experiencia el día de hoy me hará volver a ir con Lola Nails. Espero promos de casa mes. ¡Gracias!? ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al principio la verdad la atención es buena, pero en mi última cita no me sentí cómoda al que me dijeran que no podían cambiar la punta de la uña ya que no había “reservado ese servicio” y que no le daba tiempo, cuando en la app ni siquiera aparece como servicio.
Les dije mi inconformidad y me dijeron que ahora reservará por medio de Whats, pero cuando les mandé mensaje ni siquiera un “hola” me dijeron solo me preguntaron directo que servicio necesitaba… en fin, creo que deben mejorar muchísimo la atención hacia el cliente, sabemos bien que tienen tiempos pero deben de tener más empátia hacía con los clientes.
Sinceramente ya no me siento cómoda a volver.
At first the service is really good, but in my last appointment I did not feel comfortable being told that they could not change the tip of the nail since I had not "reserved that service" and that they did not have time, when in the app doesn't even show up as a service.
I told them my disagreement and they told me that now I will book through Whats, but when I sent them a message they didn't even say "hello" they just told me directly what service I needed... anyway, I think they should improve customer service a lot, We know well that they have times but they must have more empathy towards customers.
I honestly don't feel comfortable going back anymore.

Esperaba más del salón ya qué esta en una buena zona de la CDMX pero en fin. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pensé que había Sido la única persona con mala experiencia, pero no, agende un servicio, debo decir que llegue un poco antes de mi cita pero fueron muy amables, no sé si sería la encargada o dueña pero fue la que inicio con mi manicure, me lastimo ambas manos y me fui sangrando de ahí sin tener la menor delicadeza de disculparse, mi dedo sigue inflamado, lo pase por alto pero definitivamente no vuelvo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Había ido con la idea de hacerme unas uñas tornasol y eso pedí. La persona que me atendió, creo que la administradora, me dijo que sí las podía hacer.
Claramente no tenía el material necesario, pero ella decía que así era (anteriormente en otro lugar ya me habían hecho unas uñas como las que pedía). Pedí unas uñas rosas y dos veces no tuvieron el tono que quería.
Al parecer yo tengo la cutícula muy delgada o la persona no sabía cortarla porque me sangró al menos dos dedos de cada mano, algo que nunca antes me había pasado, ni siquiera con las otras chicas que ahí mismo trabajan. En el dedo índice de la mano derecha me cortó incluso un poco más allá de la cutícula; tanto así que al día siguiente me seguía sangrando el dedo.
Las uñas apenas y me duraron cuatro días porque de rosa pasaron a un colo verdoso.
Deberían tener cuidado en no lastimar y no decir que pueden hacer algo cuando no tienen los materiales o no saben hacer lo que el cliente pide.
Me queda la duda sobre cómo desinfectarán las pinzas y los materiales cuando te sangran. Ojalá lo hagan.
I had gone with the idea of doing some litmus nails and that's what I asked for. The person who attended me, I think the administrator, told me that I could do them.
Clearly she didn't have the necessary material, but she said that it was (previously in another place they had already done some nails like the ones I asked for). I asked for pink nails and twice they didn't have the shade I wanted.
Apparently I have a very thin cuticle or the person did not know how to cut it because at least two fingers on each hand bled, something that had never happened to me before, not even with the other girls who work there. On the index finger of the right hand he cut me even a little beyond the cuticle; so much so that the next day my finger was still bleeding.
My nails barely lasted four days because they went from pink to a greenish color.
They should be careful not to hurt and not say they can do something when they don't have the materials or don't know how to do what the customer asks.
I am left wondering how they will disinfect the tweezers and materials when they bleed you. I hope they do.
