Refiriéndonos a los zapatos, creo que les hace falta tener más modelos disponibles, porque al momento de visitar la tienda no encuentras modelos disponibles como en la página de Internet, algo que considero deberían mejorar. De cualquier manera siempre se es bien atendido en el local y no hay mayor queja. The store has a nice interior design. Referring to shoes, I think they need to have more models available, because when you visit the store you do not find models available as on the website, something that I think should be improved. Either way you are always well cared for on the premises and there is no major complaint.

No facturan en tienda física, ni por correo electrónico, ni por teléfono. Su atención a cliente es completamente inexistente. Jamás vuelvo a comprar aquí. I asked for an invoice in the store but the person in charge either did not know how to do it because she did not give it to me, or because they have orders not to invoice. They do not invoice in a physical store, neither by email, nor by phone. Their customer service is completely non-existent. I will never buy here again.
