★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carece de calidad el tipo de edificación, lo único que la diferencia con Chulavista es la gente que vive en las casas, la "seguridad del ingreso controlado" y la zona, las casas tienen los mismos acabados deficientes que una de interés social adquirida más al sur de la ciudad.
