Lomas de Echeveste. It is no longer a quiet unit .. there is a lot of delinquency .. The boys have problems of drug addiction ... alcoholism ... everything is due to the abandonment and irresponsibility of the parents ... it is urgent that the authorities do something ... LADIES OF GOVERNMENT ALREADY WORK!
