★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un fraccionamiento muy costoso. Su concepto de cocheras es un engaño. "Medias cocheras" y el de "no hay banquetas en el molino" es peor. Se supone que tu terreno llega hasta la orilla de la calle, pero no puedes construir ahi. Tú pagas predial, das mantenimiento, pero en realidad solo te sirve para la mitad de tu coche que queda afuera de sus "medias cocheras" es una farsa total
It is a very expensive subdivision. Their concept of garages is a hoax. "Half garages" and "there are no sidewalks at the mill" is worse. Your land is supposed to go to the edge of the street, but you can't build there. You pay property, you give maintenance, but in reality it only works for half of your car that is outside its "half garages" is a total farce
