★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar y la ubicación muy bien, sólo que los que quieran comprar chequen bien hacia donde tendrán desembocadura su drenaje ya que Intentan conectar su drenaje a otro fraccionamiento que no cuenta con la desembocadura adecuada para un sólo un fraccionamiento y mucho menos para otro fraccionamiento. Exigan que les pongan conección hacia donde tengan buen servicio.
