★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este fraccionamiento esta muy bien vigilado, el personal creo yo muy amable y trabajador, los residentes duelos siguen bien la normatividad del fracc, solo unos vecinos que rentan son problema ya que toman en la alberca, soy muy ruidosos, seguido tienen visitas y sus amistades también son alcoholicos, eso es lo unico malo, de lo demas esta bien.
This subdivision is very well guarded, the staff I think is very friendly and hard-working, the residents duels follow the regulations of the fracc well, only some neighbors who rent are a problem since they drink in the pool, I am very noisy, they often have visitors and their friends They are also alcoholics, that's the only bad thing, the rest is fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraccionamiento, al igual que todo cuautlancingo, SOBRE VALUADO, extremadamente caro para lo que es, a favor: los fraccionamientos están bonitos y cuidados. En contra: 1, venden espejitos, la zona esta sumamente alejada de todo.2, No hay parques ni zonas de esparcimiento.3:está empezando una sobre población de la zona, con todos los problemas que conlleva,(trafico,basura,FALTA DE AGUA,etc)4,con tanta gente y trafico se evidencia que LAS CALLES SON MUY ANGOSTAS Y SIN BANQUETAS. conclusión es una área para gente que trabaja en la zona y no requiere salir del área para nada, en pocos años, todo mundo va a querer salir de la zona por todos los problemas que ya se evidencian.
