the technician had a super negative attitude, didn't want to help me out properly as a customer. Then simply disappeared. Help he could not offer, because he felt also had no idea what the problem was.
its not the first time... like i been to that store for 3 times. Always the stuff is so rude and does not have a clue about anything...
