★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bonito desarrollo residencial, pero al visitar todos los modelos de casas, noté que los acabados no son de la mejor calidad; canceles, chapas, muebles de baño, closets, luminarias de techo, barandal de escalera entre otras cosas.
La orientación no se me hace la mejor ya que Celaya es de clima caluroso, aun cuando los vientos predominantes favorezcan, las tardes en la mayor parte del año deben ser insoportables en varias casas ya qué el sol "pega de frente" en la habitación principal; sin aire acondicionado NO O SOBREVIVIES.
Nice residential development, but when visiting all the house models, I noticed that the finishes are not of the best quality; gates, plates, bathroom furniture, closets, ceiling lights, stair railing among other things.
The orientation is not the best for me since Celaya has a hot climate, even when the prevailing winds favor, the afternoons in most of the year must be unbearable in several houses since the sun "hits the front" in the main room ; without air conditioning DON'T OR SURVIVE.
