No capacitan como se debe al personal nuevo, las máquinas de producción son muy anticuadas y carecen de mantenimiento, existe poca o nula empatía entre mecánicos, supervisores y gerencia hacia los empleados.
Pueden ser una gran empresa ojalá se esfuercen.
Terrible labor organization,
They do not properly train new personnel, production machines are very outdated and lacking in maintenance, there is little or no empathy between mechanics, supervisors and management towards employees.
