★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve el desafortunado encuentro con carpas arcoiris adquiri un tablón con sillas de material muy resistente según palabras de la contadora magdalMag Santamaría, el día que quedaron de entregar se les había olvidado, el mantel nunca lo mandaron a hacer, y lo peor se rompieron dos sillas y tengo que llevarlas para que me las cambien!!! Eso no es servicio profesional no venden lo que ofrecen pésimo el servicio piensen dos veces antes de comprar o rentar en este lugar

Y conforme a lo que me respondieron, en efecto no pude ni siquiera llegar a solicitar ningún servicio porque la señora con la que me comunique me colgó de manera grosera el teléfono y no, mí evento no es mañana ni pedí el servicio de un día para otro al contrario mí evento es en un mes y fue justamente por ese motivo por el cual la mujere colgo. Que grosería señores no se les está pidiendo un servicio regalado la función de la mujer que realiza cotizaciónes es esa! Atención a clientes! Y si no está feliz con su trabajo simplemente no ofrezcan servicios porque para tratar al cliente son los más maleducados.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una carpa con muchos detalles y roturas, sin embargo lo peor fue un retraso de 7 horas en la instalación; mintiendo en repetidas ocasiones respecto a su tiempo de llegada.
