Me prometieron envío a domicilio gratis y en cierta fecha. No se respeto nada de lo que se prometió, la entrega llego días después, nos la cobraron en la paqueteria, siendo que sería gratis y a domicilio, me tardaron 2 días en entregarme la guía.
Y si, fue directamente con Lonas Ignifugas JM
Javier y lili son groseros y poco profesionales.
 Bad customer service, bad service, and promises just to sell.
They promised me free home delivery and on a certain date. I do not respect anything that was promised, the delivery arrived days later, they charged us in the parcel, being that it would be free and at home, it took me 2 days to deliver the guide.
